Sometimes in life, one comes across few people who don’t get
into any of the convenient and common slots in life. They don’t belong anywhere
that is as defined by social norms or norms of relationships.
They are not governed by the diktats of what people expect
to be or what everyone expects them to be.
They pierce through the thick skin of social pretention and
strike a chord into the most basic and primal instincts. They don’t stop with
the cosmetic veils of what the society or acquaintances or what the world
imposes as the customs and standards of
the realm. They unleash with us, those notions which at another point of time,
would have been improbable, given the stringent coils of morals that we wound
ourselves into. They tear through the
well-ironed and neatly folded fabric of our social norms and beliefs and
sentiments and pound us into obliging out basest feelings that were sitting
true for long, palely seeking our approval.
And when one meets a person like this, there is no looking
back. There is nothing one can do or undo to change this occurrence. One is
taken for life. Or lives.
Ironically, often the person who does this are seldom aware
of the commotion they cause. They just silently disintegrate us, from what we
are, into that vast emptiness, which can be seen as spreading into everything
or just being nothing.
Just a perspective of how one sees it.
And i guess, i just met her. Damn!
